Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a proof (image) of my stationery before it is made?

Yes. We don't print any customised stationery without your full and final approval.

Once we get your final text and information, we will create your design and will send you a picture of it using Etsy messaging. This is your chance to carefully read through the text to check for errors. If you need changes we ask that you detail them in a message back to us. We will make the changes and will send you another picture for checking.

Please note, this service is for correcting things like spelling mistakes, missing words and inaccuracies it is not for re-writing large sections of text or complete re-workings of designs and layouts. Further design work may be charged at an additional cost of £35 per hour.

How long will it take to complete my customised order?

Most customised orders are completed in 3 weeks or less however at busy times of year orders can take slightly longer.

If you do not provide final information and text, this will delay your order. Customers are responsible for providing their information in a timely manner; Rustic Paper Creations cannot be held accountable for delays caused by text/ information delays.

What can be personalised in a custom order?

Apart from the pre-made sample packs, all designs can be personalised. All text can be changed. Images and colours cannot be changed.

When you have placed an order we will be in touch to confirm all personalised information with you. It is important to get the correct information at the start of the process before we start work on the designs.

Can I order a sample?

Samples are available to buy in the sample section of the shop. Samples are an example invitation showing you how the design could look. It's a chance to check the quality of the print and materials used.

Samples are unpersonalised, and posted to you straight away, so that you can make your mind up without delay.

Are there discounts available for ordering larger amounts?

Usually yes. The prices get cheaper the more you buy because the cost of design time and print setup are spread across more items.

I placed an order for customised stationery or sent you a message. When can I expect a response?

If you have placed an order you should have received a confirmation email. If we need any more information from you for personalised orders, we will be in touch as soon as possible to clarify this.

What are your delivery methods?

Sample packs will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class. Personalised orders will be sent using a signed for and tracked service.
