I want everyone to be happy with my creations, so I will consider refunds, exchanges, and adjustments on a case by case basis at my discretion. The buyer must contact me within 7 days of the item's arrival. Please take time to consider your purchase seriously since all shipping costs (to and/or from) must be paid by the buyer and are non-refundable.

If an item breaks within 30 days of purchase, I will do my best to repair the damage at my discretion. The buyer must pay for shipping to & from, and there may be an addtional materials fee. Please message me in advance to work out the details.

All instock items ship within 1-2 days. If you have any special shipping requests please let me know in advance. I can ship via USPS First Class, Priority and Express Mail. I recommend adding insurance on all shipping methods.
