Depending on the volume of orders we receive at the time you place your order, you can expect to receive a proof of your design within 7 business days. It will most likely be within the first week of ordering, but there are times when we have to push it out a little bit further

If you are ordering over 75 full wedding suites: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish to receive your stationery items. This allows us the margin for reprinting if there are any printing or assembling errors.

If you are ordering a small stationery suite (baby showers, bridal shower, birthday) please allow 2 weeks from start to finish to receive your items.

We recommend ordering your Wedding invitations no later than 4 months before your Wedding Date. We recommend mailing your Wedding invitations no later than 6-8 weeks before your Wedding Date. Lately, the mail has been slow, so you may want to consider an extra few weeks in case any get returned. If you are sending anything internationally you definitely want to start mailing earlier.

Our process can take up to 3-6 weeks depending on complexity, so ordering should take that into consideration. We can rush orders if needed.

Yes. We will send you a proof to approve before sending anything to print. That being said, please carefully review each page of the proof to catch any spelling errors or items you want to change. What you see on the final proof is what you will receive in the mail. Once your approval has been made you are responsible for errors beyond that point. Please be courteous and try to catch all changes quickly as we have other clients who we are working with as well.

You can order Day-of stationery as early as you want. We suggest ordering no-later than 8 weeks before your wedding to ensure safe delivery with some margin.

Yes. We understand sometimes you don’t have a long time to plan a wedding or sometimes ordering stationery slips by you, please message us for details so we can help accommodate this request. We can rush print and expedite shipping.
