Hello and welcome to Ruthkim! We're a supply shop in California, run by Ruth and Hannah.

We specialize in millinery supplies for your weddings and theme parties. There are hundreds of headbands, french barrettes, hair combs, snap clips and many more to choose from in different colors and sizes.

Payment
If you need a larger quantity than what is listed as available, then please contact us before purchasing.

If you notice you need more supplies after you've placed your order, then you have 5 days to contact us about it. We can combine shipping and save you money in most cases.

Due to the popularity of certain supplies, we have to be firm about the 5 day limit. We can't hold or reserve items for a few weeks if you need a larger quantity. Please make sure to write back in a timely manner if you contact us about purchasing more. We also can't wait for a response weeks after the fact. If there's no communication within 5 days, then your order will be shipped as is.
Shipping
Every order is shipped through the USPS with First Class and Priority Mail.

If you need your order shipped Express, we can also do that as well, but only by request.
Please make sure to contact us beforehand so the shipping price can be edited.

We do not ship paper receipts with most orders because we prefer to keep our shipping prices as low as possible and to reduce the amount of paper and ink we use. If you need one for your records, please visit the Purchases & Reviews page under Your Account in order to print it. Here's the link to it, https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases

Please make absolute sure you have the correct address listed. We are not responsible for packages mailed to an incorrect address.

International buyers - Import duties, taxes and other fees are not included in our item or shipping prices. These charges are usually collected when you either pick up your package or when it's delivered to you. They are not additional shipping charges and are completely your responsibility. We will not mark packages as "gifts" because it's illegal.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not except returns or give refunds for supplies listed as "seconds" or if a long amount of time has passed since the order was shipped.

Full refunds are only issued if you canceled your order before it was shipped, if the package is lost or if it arrived damaged. If your order arrived damaged, then please provide us with a photo of proof.

If you believe your package is lost, then please wait at least 3 weeks for domestic orders and at least 12 weeks for international orders.

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of the date the package has been received. If you would like an exchange, then you as the buyer, are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping will not be refunded in these cases, only the cost of the items purchased.

All supplies are from a smoke free home.

A shedding Pomeranian does live here, but is kept away from the inventory area. There is a possibility that this may affect people with allergies. We do our best to make sure no dog hairs are on any of the items or packaging.
