Pre-Printed Items: If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you must contact Ruth Miller Creative within 14 days of receiving your order. Further, all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be in new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of the like new condition product, Ruth Miller Creative will refund your purchase price, less any shipping & handling charges.

Custom Printed Orders: All sales on custom printed orders are final and may not be returned.

Digital Files: All sales on digital files are final and no refunds will be given.

Payment must be made at time of commitment to purchase, or cancellation of the order may occur. If you cannot pay at this time, please contact me before committing to purchase. No orders will ship before payment is received.

General: International orders, please contact me with your shipping information for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Ruth Miller Creative takes care to professionally package every shipment in new sturdy shipping containers. Ruth Miller Creative cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that might occur during shipping. If you are interested in purchasing shipping insurance, please notify Ruth Miller Creative before placing your order.

Printed Orders: All printed orders will ship based on quantity & weight of order. The shipping carrier will be selected at the discretion of Ruth Miller Creative.

Digital Files: A high quality file will be emailed or instructions will be provided on how to download your file.

Custom Print Orders: When contacting Ruth Miller Creative to do a custom order, please provide as much information as possible during initial contact. If all necessary information is provided, Ruth Miller Creative will respond with a total to complete the work. Ruth Miller Creative will create a special listing in our Etsy shop to complete your purchase. If this is for the purchase of a permanent custom listing already in the shop, provide the necessary information during or after checkout. Upon checkout by the buyer, Ruth Miller Creative will create a digital proof and send it by email within 48 hours of checkout. If the buyer confirms and agrees to print the proof, Ruth Miller Creative will begin work printing the order. At this time, no changes may be made to the order. Please allow 7-10 days for the printing of your custom order, and an additional 2-3 days for standard shipping of your order.

Custom Digital Files: Please send Ruth Miller Creative the information you would like to have on your digital file during or after checkout. Upon receipt of payment and information, Ruth Miller Creative will provide a proof within 48 hours by email. After the buyer agrees to the proof, Ruth Miller Creative will send a high quality jpeg or provide instructions on how to download the high quality jpeg. At this time, no more changes may be made to the order. Ruth Miller Creative will also provide a print release that will expire the day of your event.

You agree that any images uploaded or emailed to Ruth Miller Creative is your own work, or you have the permission of the copyright holder to make reproductions.
