Halloween, the most fun nights ever!
Small town Belly Dance obsession leads to Artistic Costume Design and Production
I started "working out" with Belly dance DVDs in 2000, it was a fun way to move and a great way to stay motivated, if it's fun you WANT to do it! My Husband saw an ad for a Belly dance Workshop an hour away and suggested it might be fun to see what was all about. I did attend and saw a whole new world open up!!
Since then it has been an Adventure! Learning more lead to wanting to do more and eventually Performance opportunities appeared. Unfortunately I live in an area that is 30 minutes away from all but basic needs. In the beginning there no costume solutions other than online companies and attending Workshops, even now there are few options closer than 3 hours away.
I have always felt drawn to Artistic endeavors especially hand stitching and sewing, it is my personal " meditation" It's a way to express feelings and relieve stress for me. The lack of Costume options pushed me to use those skills to make my own. Soon others in the Troupe asked for pieces and one thing lead to another.
I grew up on a farm with Horses and cattle, horses were my passion in younger times, the aroma in my Workshop with all the leather hides and pieces brings back those good feelings, some times I even find an interesting bit of Horse tack or Harness piece for a dance item. Why not??
Each item is made with careful consideration and care, if you take home one of my pieces you have a "warranty" from me, if anything goes wrong, you fall and break a strap, someone tugs and pulls something loose, if you need help with anything that is mine, I will do my best to fix it for you, and at no or very little cost!
All items are my own design, I copy no one, and do not outsource anything! It is all my own work and inspiration!

I try very hard not to duplicate or borrow other designer's ideas and request that others do the same!
I love to create special pieces and welcome custom orders.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
All Half price sale items will be final sales. Please ask questions ahead of time if you have any concerns. I will do my very best to make sure all information is clear so that no one is disappointed!
Payment
Special orders require a 50% down payment minimum. Work begins after the first payment is made.The remainder of the price must be paid before the item ships.
Shipping
Special orders will be given a realistic time line and completed just as soon as possible. Most will require only a few days.
