I messaged her about creating custom panels for my twitch channel and her response was fast, clean and overall she was such a bubbly and kind hearted person to chat with, she guided me through the process, ideas, and created gorgeous and elegant panels for my channel and I was super happy with the results. She also did this within a couple days which is insane, super responsive, super fast.
She also went above and beyond, patiently working with me with some changes that I wanted to make. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat. Beautiful work! -

Welcome to my Etsy shop!
I am so excited to share my designs with the world! My shop provides you with instant downloadable items such as game cards, invitations, planners, stationary and custom requested items. I use the latest versions of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs to make sure your instant downloads are 100% functional and work with your home or professional printer.
Why do I make my products instant downloads? Well, if you are as impatient as I am, then I'm sure you want your products now now NOW! There is no waiting, no chance of anything being lost in the mail, no last minute delivery or postage fees! You can buy from anywhere you are in the world!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let me know so that I can try and correct the problem. Digital custom items are not eligible for refund. If there is an error on any custom made printouts please contact me to discuss receiving a corrected version.

REFUNDS
Digital downloads are not eligible for a refund as files and products are immediately sent to you. Please send me a message letting me know what I can do to improve your order. Digital custom items are not eligible for refund. I can revise your custom order to correct any errors. Extensive changes may incur an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE
For the best quality of my printables, use card stock when printing. When trimming, I recommend using a paper cutter.
CUSTOMIZATION
Instant downloads cannot be customized. If you would like to order a customized version of an item you see in my shop, please contact me and I would be more than happy to arrange an item that suits your needs! Instant Download items cannot be returned.
COLOURS
Colours will vary depending on your monitor settings, the way your file is printed and even the type of paper used. I am not responsible for colour variations.
REVISIONS
I can revise your custom order to correct any errors. Extensive changes may incur an additional fee.
Shipping
Once your payment is processed and received by Etsy, you will be able to download the files. If the files do not work and your order has been processed, please contact me and I will get in touch with Etsy to figure out why the files didn't send.
If you are interested in a custom order or custom change to my current items, please contact me PRIOR to your purchase, as a small fee may apply.
Custom requested item files will be sent via email within 3-7 business days. Please contact me about rush orders.

Can you edit this listing to fit my needs?
Yes! I do custom edits and requests on most of my shop items. Please contact me for more details.
Can I share this digital download?
No. As per my shop policy, digital downloaded files cannot be distributed. You can however print as many copies as you'd like for personal use, or to give as a gift. (Example: bridal shower games can be printed off as many times as you'd like to be used for a party.)
Can I edit the text of your printables?
The short answer is no. I create my text to outlines. I don’t allow font editing in most of my files to preserve the design since not everyone’s computers would be compatible with the fonts and/or there might be software issues. However as per popular demand, some of my items can have limited text edited on your end, look for the listings that begin with "Editable". You are also welcome to contact me to make custom changes!
