Finally, and most importantly, the stud earrings are stunning. The green amethyst color sparkles. It is bright, not pale like most green amethyst I have received from other venders. If there are any errors in your address, USPS will alert us while creating the shipping label. We will contact you via ETSY while placing your order for the correct mailing address. However, this could delay your shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: For International Packages, tracking is not updated frequently and in a timely manner and would request your patience.
Lost Packages
DOMESTIC ORDER
If your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received
your package, we suggest you contact your local post office.
They may be holding your package. If you still don't find it, we
will make remake your order for a fee. The replacement fee
differs for different products. Please contact us via Etsy Conversations and we will send you a price quote on the replacem
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We cannot send you a replacement. We will however, file an insurance claim. Please Note: International insurance claims are time sensitive and must be filed within 90 days of the original shipment date. It takes about 90 days for claims to be processed. As soon as the insurance claim is processed, we will send you the refund.
Sizing details
Most of the products in Sada Jewels Etsy Store are shown with a model image. By using this approach, we make every attempt to show the product in a realistic manner.
Secondly, each product's descriptions has an approximate dimension of the jewelry piece. There could be errors and we reserve the right to correct these errors as and when found
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift Wrapping Service is available at a cost of $5 per order. You can add gift wrapping to your order at the time of checkout.

Returns
1. For Customers in the US please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ship all returns items within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. For International Customers, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ship all returns items within 21 days of receiving your order.
3. All items must be returned unworn in their original gift box to qualify for a refund
4. Please do not send anything back without notifying us first.
5. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
6. We do not refund shipping fees. Any shipping fee paid by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.
7.If the order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct additional $5 from the refund amount.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs Duty, VAT, Local Taxes, Customs Clearance Charges in Destination Country, Abandonment of Packages Due to Non Payment of Charges in the Destination Country
1. Your order total only includes the item sale price and shipping paid by you. Any customs duty, VAT, local taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Since each piece is handmade with significant time and effort being put in delivering your purchase to you, please do not abandon packages to avoid paying the above charges.
