Payment is accepted through PayPal within 2 days of purchase. If you need a day or two more to complete the transaction, please send me a message and I will be happy to accommodate you. After 4 days of non-payment the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed. If you know you would like to cancel an order, please be considerate and let me know ASAP.
I ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment, not including weekends & holidays. All items will be shipped to your registered PayPal shipping address. Please make sure this address is up-to-date.

Domestic Shipping:
I ship via USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the United States. I usually ask for a signature confirmation and insure the package. If you have a special shipping request, please let me know and I will be happy to make arrangements.

Worldwide Shipping:
Shipping rates vary and are listed with each individual item. International buyers are responsible for any customs and fees, and I will insure all items shipped internationally. This fee will be included in the shipping cost. I cannot ship shoes & leather goods to Italy.

Combined Shipping:
Combined shipping for items within the U.S. & Canada is the shipping cost of the heaviest item plus $1 for each additional item. Combined shipping for all other countries is the shipping cost of the heaviest item plus $2 for each additional item. Certain restrictions may apply to heavier items.

I insure all items and also ask for all packages to be signed for upon delivery, which protects everyone in the case of shipping mishaps or misunderstandings.

Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is unclaimed by the buyer or returned to me because of an incorrect address due to a mistake by the buyer, the buyer must repay the shipping fees so that the items may be re-packaged and shipped again.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase or feel as though an item has been misrepresented, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item. Returns will only be accepted if an item has been grossly misrepresented.

Please keep in mind, colors cannot always be guaranteed 100% accurate due to different monitor setting/calibrations. I do my very best to make note of any flaws in the item description; please keep in mind that recycled clothing may show a few signs of wear. I try to reflect the condition of the item in the cost.

I do not accept returns for minor imperfections, items that do not fit or for quibbles about color.

Returned items must be received within 7 days via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The Fine Print:
No refunds will be given or returns accepted for items that do not fit, so please check the measurements. They are accurate. All approximate "fits like" sizes are merely estimates. Comparing the measurements of this garment to a similar garment that you already own will help you determine if the item will fit well.

Colors cannot be guaranteed 100% accurate due to different monitor settings. No item will be refunded because you do not like the color of it. Please consider this before purchasing.
