If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please convo me so that we can reach a resolution. In most cases a refund via PayPal or a store credit will be issued once the item has been returned. You must contact me within seven business days of receiving your item for a refund or exchange to be considered.

-The only form of payment I accept is PayPal.
-Please pay for all items within 3 days of purchase.
-Items will not be mailed until payment is received.

-You can expect for your purchase to ship within 2-3 business days of purchase, with the exception of custom made items. Ship times for custom items will be given on each individual listing.
-All items will be shipped First Class Mail through USPS.
-I now also ship internationally using USPS First Class International. Duty, taxes, and other customs fees charged on internationally shipped packages are the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.

My creations come from a smoke free, but cat and dog friendly home.
