Returns and exchanges
Sorry, but we can't accept returns on these products due to their nature. However, please let us know if there is anything wrong with your product. Our goal is to make our customers happy!
Payment
Please pay for your order within 3 days via Paypal (you don't need a Paypal account to do this. Paypal accepts all major credit cards also). Your order cannot be processed until payment is received.
Shipping
We ship via priority mail or first class within 1 week of your order. This is because products are always made fresh. Our products are all natural and do not contain any synthetic preservatives so we like to make them right before we send them to ensure that you get the longest shelf life possible.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WELCOME
Safiya will also ship to locations outside the United States but have not set up Shipping Profiles for all destinations on all items. If you find something that you are interested in purchasing, and live outside the continental United States, please send me a message and indicate which country and which item(s). I will calculate the shipping and quickly set up a special second Shipping Profile on item(s) for your destination so you can purchase.
