Z Pottery became Carvings by G and Z Pottery

When I met Josh he was already throwing cups and selling under his business name Z pottery. The Z comes from his nickname. I used to love working with clay in high school and jumped right in making small animals to decorate our new home. Soon we started working together on projects and in 2015 we changed the name to Carvings by G and Z Pottery to reflect our work together. Now our kids have joined us in the studio and someday we might need another name change they are getting so good.

Joshua works as a success manager and Marie works as an 8th grade science teacher. We converted our garage to a pottery studio and have been working together making pottery for over a decade. We have two children (10 and 8) and two dogs.
