Gluten Allergy Info:
All of the herbs used in our Elderberry kits/infused honey/syrups are gluten free unless stated otherwise.
My herb supplier states that all of the herbs are gluten free except oat straw. All of the herbs are processed in a gluten free environment and all of the equipment is cleaned in between processing. The herbs/products are also stored separately from any that may contain gluten. They also conduct a strict allergy testing program.
We do use oats and corn meal in some of our natural soaps/facial cleansers, however we do thoroughly clean our facility in between soap making and other product manufacturing. We also store our herbs, dry ingredients separately.
