Hello!
Welcome to our shop where we spread happiness by creating fun, functional and adorable stationery that you can use for your day to day planning and journaling.
Our online shop based in the Philippines and most of our products are hand made with love in the comfort of our mini home studio.
In our shop you will find various sticker and stationery designs fit for your needs. We make them in variations based on what planner you use.
Most designs are originally hand drawn and illustrated by Me unless otherwise stated that designs are licensed for commercial use. This includes our original daughter inspired character Saidie.
We are planning to offer more variations of products and digital downloads. If you are looking for something that is not in our shop feel free to message us we are open for your suggestions

Return, Exchange, and Cancellations
No refund for lost parcels. I strongly recommend to double check provided address and track your package accordingly (If shipping option is with tracking number) If your Paypal account has a different address please message me.
Please track your orders accordingly, once we provide the tracking details it is buyers responsibility to track and monitor their order.
Returns are not accepted. But I do make sure to pack orders carefully as it's important to me that you are satisfied and all orders arrive in perfect condition. I then ship via Phil Post by schedule.
While we do not accept returns and exchange please do contact us if you have concerns.
Digital Downloads
Due to the instant nature of the digital downloads, refund, exchange and cancellation will not be honored. Downloaded file means final sale. If in any chance there is a problem with the file itself do contact us so we can make arrangements and resolve the problem.
Mode Of Payment
Only Paypal payments are accepted.
If you don't have a Paypal account follow the instructions below:
1. Choose 'Other' for payment option and kindly message me your email address.
2. I will then send a Paypal invoice thru the email provided.
3. Once you receive the email with Paypal invoice, kindly click the link and process the payment with your credit/debit card with or without a Paypal account.
4. Once payment is confirmed on my end, I will manually process your order and mark it as Paid.

Customized Orders
Since we just opened our Etsy store. We currently do not accept personalized or customized orders.
However, we are open for comments and suggestions to improve our product and services along the way.
Shipping
All products in this store is shipped from Makati, Philippines.
International:
Shipping through Philpost Registered Mail Service with tracking details so you can check the status of your order anytime within the delivery time frame.
ETA: 4-6 Weeks however please note that it may take longer depending on your location.
We ship via Gogo Express or J&T for local shipping.
