My art Life

I started drawing at 10 and i'm 30 now.
it's been a long and passionnate journey.
at the age of 14, i decided that i wanted to be a full time artist as an adult and people laughed at me. my parents, my teachers, my friends. but i pursued my dream and i'm trying my best to accomplish what i want, and prove them wrong.
It's been 3 years now that i work full time on my art. So far, it's not as magical as i thought it will be but i know things will get better in time and i love to draw and create a new world on my art so much that i will never stop :)

Returns and exchange details
I will refund you completely if you order original artworks and if your parcel is lost but ONLY when i will get the refund from my PO.
I will refund 50% of any classic mail shipped item if you didn't received it after 2 months. It can take a while to ship orders to far countries.
Just know that i already sent dozens of parcels and it never got lost :)
Payment
I use Etsy Payments which allows every customer to use any payment method suitable to your needs and the funds are transferred to my etsy account, then to my bank. This is fast and secured :) ! I will send the order when the funds are transferred to my bank times a week. Thanks !
Shipping
Original artworks are shipping in first mail class with tracking and insurance. It usually taked a week to arrive, sometimes a bit more if you live far from France.
Others items are shipped as classic mail to avoid a crazy shipping cost for you, it might take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on where you live
Additional policies and FAQs
I do custom orders if you want me to draw something specific, please contact me and we can talk about the cost :) ! A rough idea of the price range is close to my original prices in the paintings and drawing section of my shop.

I reply to conversations and requests only on business days Monday to Friday. For messages sent during the week end, i'll reply on next Monday.

How much time it will take to receive my order ?

Every print is made on order. I don't have stock since every customer picks different designs. I make weekly orders every weekend and send them a few days after, usually mid week. Shipping time ads up top this, usually 8 to 10 days for Europe and up to 20 days for the rest of the world. Add shipping upgrade with tracking if you want insurance and a faster shipping delay. In most cases with regular shipping rate, your order will take at least 3 weeks to arrive, up to a month for USA, Australia and New Zealand. Contact me if your order is still missing after a full month after you placed it.

When should I order for a Christmas gift ?

To make sure you'll receive your order before Christmas, please allow an extra week processing due to the amount of orders i took care during this period. Add the standard processing and shipping time. This leads to about 5 weeks to receive your order. Therefore, make SURE to place your order before the 15th of November.

Can I request a faster order for birthday ?

When placing your order, add a note saying it's for a birthday and specify the date. Please, makes sure to place the order at least 3 weeks before the date and make SURE send me a conversation with the name, age and date of birth of the person. I will send you order as fast as i can. If a birthday order doesn't mention birthday in the note or message, it will be considered as regular order with no birthday note and regular processing time of a full month.
