As an added bonus, the proceeds from this are donated to Panthera, my favourite conservation organization. It arrived carefully packed in a beautiful envelope, with a sweet hand written card. Every detail is just lovely. I am smitten and will definitely buy from SakuraSnow again.

It is also possible that delivery to certain countries may be (temporarily) suspended. As this is a fluid situation dictated by the specific lockdown conditions each country puts in to effect I am unable to list countries where delivery restrictions may apply, however if delivery to your country appears to be (temporarily) suspended I will contact you to discuss your preference: (1) delay shipping the item until delivery in your country has resumed, or (2) issue a full refund

Items will typically be shipped within 72 hours of confirmation of payment.
As the items in my shop are of such varying sizes and weights - from small, flat greeting cards to large limited edition prints that must be rolled in a tube for shipping - it is not possible for me to include accurate prices for shipping multiple items together. If you purchase multiple items together the actual packaging & shipping costs will be determined and the difference, when applicable, will be refunded to you. Please contact me if you would like to purchase multiple prints and would prefer me to set up a custom listing for you with the correct postage already calculated. (Let me know the items you are interested in and the delivery country.)
I use the Dutch postal service (Post NL). All packages sent within the Netherlands by Post NL's 'Pakket' service have a tracking number, however packages sent by Post NL's basic international service do not have tracking numbers. Items can be sent using their ‘track & trace’ or 'track & trace with insurance' services but these options are more expensive. The additional charges vary according to weight and destination - please let me know if you would like a quote for a trackable and/or insured service before placing your order and I will calculate the additional charge for you.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Items may be subject to customs/import duties in your country. These duties will be levied once the package reaches your country and will be payable by you.

Netherlands: 1 – 2 working days
Europe: 3 – 5 working days
Everywhere else: 6 – 12 working days

Privacy

INFORMATION I COLLECT
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly.
WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for a mailing list etc.;
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
- as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
YOUR RIGHTS
