Many of my items of jewellery are tailor-made for each customer. As a result it takes me a little longer to dispatch these items. Please allow up to three weeks although I always try my best to be quicker. If you are in a particular hurry for something please contact me and I will do my best to help wherever possible.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I hope that you are delighted with your jewellery, however if you wish to return it for any reason please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it to arrange return and a refund or replacement. Returns must be made using the same method of postage as they were sent and costs must be covered by the customer, unless the item is being returned due to a fault or mistake on my part.

Please note that specially commissioned items cannot be returned after the design has been approved by the customer.

Earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty due to EU Hygiene Regulations.

Refunds will be made by the same method as your original payment. Postage and packaging fees are non-returnable.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Shipping
Packaging:
All of my handmade jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. Please note that I reuse padded envelopes where possible but always use new gift boxes and tissue paper.

Postage within the UK:
Postage is free within the UK. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Special Delivery depending upon the value of the item/s. Special delivery is a signed for, next day delivery before 1pm service. Please contact me on ordering if there is a day on which you would specifically like your item/s delivered. I will send you an email when your jewellery has been posted.

International Orders:
International orders are sent using trackable or insured postage. The most valuable items will be sent International signed For with extra insurance, or be sent by Airsure.

ISF can take 5 to 7 days to Europe and 7 to 10 days to USA. Airsure should be quicker.
Holiday periods can, of course, lengthen this time.

I will email you when your jewellery has been dispatched.

Any taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Dispatch Times:
Items which are in stock will be dispatched within three working days (usually sooner). Commissioned and made to order items items can take up to three weeks to be dispatched.

Please let me know immediately if your item/s fail to arrived or are damaged in transit and I will contact the carrier for information. Please note that I will require any items damaged in transit to be returned.
