Accepted payment methods
Please remember, don't push the purchase item button, unless you intend to buy the item. Cancellations cost us money as we lose out on potential sales. If you have any questions about anything, please message us first before buying, so you and we can be certain you're happy. We appreciate your consideration.
Prices for delivery are set by the couriers and not us. We charge a small fee of 25 pence to a pound for packaging depending on items size. Sometimes shipping can be more expensive than the item cost due to their size. Again, we don't set those prices and we choose the cheapest as well as safest delivery route we can. You are more than welcome to check prices yourself and arrange your own courier. Remember to add on for furniture items 2-3 inches extra per each dimension for packaging if choosing a postal courier. We are not responsible for damages caused by self-hired couriers.
Refunds and Exchanges
Damages done by third party couriers must be dealt with directly by the buyer. We will provide any information needed as requested.
Damages done by postal courier are to be dealt with jointly. Refunds are submitted as soon as postal courier remits refund. We always keep photos of the item before shipping as well as the packaged item as proof of prior condition. Buyer must take photos of damage along with packaging. For quicker refund by postal courier, the buyer needs to explain the damage done by the postal courier and endeavour to let them know their item was packaged securely. Most damage is caused by postal people not using due care with packages ie: dropping, throwing, placing heavy items on top, etc. If this looks to be the case, please make sure to say as such as it speeds up the refund process.
Again, for all items, we do package them as securely as we can as we ourselves know how frustrating receiving a damaged item caused by postal carelessness can be.
Additional policies and FAQs
Time needed is determined by factors such as size, complexity and whether we have to purchase items to manufacture your item. We will agree upon a price beforehand with you and we do require a 10% non-refundable deposit to begin item. Obviously, manufacturing special order items takes time and uses product, along with the fact, the item is something which was not manufactured for the general public, so this is why we require a non-refundable deposit.
