Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
There are no refunds on custom orders or digital products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me and I will see what I can do to help.

If you ordered a mug, shirt, bag, or print and it has been damaged in transit, please send me a message to discuss a refund or replacement.
I accept payment through Paypal and direct checkout. This way we both have buy/seller protection. It's also the fastest way to process your order. You can pay with a credit card through Paypal without having an account.
Processing times vary and can take as long as 7 business days during busy seasons, although most items ship out within 4 business days.

Please see individual listings for processing times, which reflect the latest date your item will ship out. Your listing will be updated with tracking information as soon as it is available.
