Buyer requested shipment to an address that was different than the one in her Etsy account as she had moved. Unfortunately we had already shipped the item to the original address. The USPS tracking code said the pkg was delivered, but apparently it wasn't forwarded to the buyer's new address. All emails were replied to within 24 hours, and this order was refunded.

5 out of 5 starsThis will be perfect for the pool bath. We are building a custom home to look old (1800-1930). Thank you for checking for leaks. Very happy with this purchase!!! Glad I purchased way before I needed it on account of the USPS. Have no idea why it took 7 days to travel inside the seller's state of Iowa. Total shipping time to east Texas, 11 calendar days. Once it got out of Iowa it arrived quickly. Well packaged as well. Thank you

1 out of 5 starsNot only did the seller not indicate this mirror is made of plastic, they have a lot of nerve charging $30 +$15 shipping for it! Complete waste of money! Very disappointed in the seller for not being honest!
