We only accept PayPal at this time. Please pay within 3 days of purchase. If you cannot pay in that time frame or would like to cancel the order, please contact me and negative feedback will not be given. However, if one week has passed and there has been no contact and no payment, the order will be canceled and negative feedback will be left.
All items are carefully packaged to insure their safety upon arrival. Items are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email.
Domestic Packages: are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Most items will take two days from the shipping date to arrive within the continental United States.
International Packages are shipped First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service. It may take up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. Please check with your customs office, if you have not received your package with in the given time.
If, for some reason you have not received your item in the mail or it is damaged, PLEASE CONTACT us at salvagelife [!at] gmail.com. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue. PLEASE DO NOT leave negative feedback without contacting us first.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so if you have any questions, please ask before purchasing. Remember, our items have been “salvaged,” therefore they may have slight imperfections. If an item has a drastic imperfection, it will be stated in the Description. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email salvagelife [!at] gmail.com within one week of receiving your item and we will work to resolve the issue.
If an item was damaged during shipping or inaccurately described, We will exchange it. However, you must send the item back using Priority Shipping with a delivery confirmation and insurance.
