Welcome to my shop! I make quarter inch scale dollhouse furniture, hand-crafted jewelry, painted floorcloths, and other things when the inspiration strikes. I am one of those people who always has multiple projects going at once. I was so glad to find Etsy so that I now have an outlet to share all those projects. Shop policies
I once read a book where the main character was called a "maker". That's me — I'm a "maker". I make stuff.
When I'm not busy with my "real job" as a graphic designer, I keep myself busy and out of trouble making stuff. It started with the miniatures, especially 1/4" scale. I have been making and selling small scale miniatures for over 25 years, first under the name "itty bitty bits" which was changed to "Those Murray Girls". With the passing of Pepper, my mother and business partner, in 2009, I became SamanthaCreations.
In addition to the minis, I also paint floor cloths and create jewelry (my newest passion). I was so glad when I found Etsy because it is the perfect outlet for a "maker" like me.
