While I will do everything in my power to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Once the package is in the custody of the postal service, I have no control over it. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, and if you would like to pay for insurance I can add that to your total if you let me know ahead of time.
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE US) ORDERS:
I ship via USPS Priority International Mail. Shipping times to most places will be 5-10 business days, but can increase significantly due to customs. Please keep in mind that there is no control over customs timing and charges.
Please be aware that customs tax varies by country and you may be responsible for a customs charge if your shipping address is outside of the USA. I can not and will not falsify customs forms (mark as a gift or alter the value) to avoid these charges as it is against the law. Thank you for your understanding.
Your purchase will ship in a small cushioned mailer. Your jewelry will be packaged in a small brown kraft paper jewelry box with bright tissue paper and ribbon. I will package your order in the smallest number of boxes I can (usually two pieces per box if practical). If you would like each boxes individually, let me know in the 'message to seller' at checkout and I'd be happy to accomodate you. If your purchase is a gift, let me know and I'll tailor my packaging accordingly. I'd be happy to include a hand written note with your message at no additional charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item doesnt fit as expected (too long, too short) or you have any issues with it, contact me and we can talk about solutions. I want you to LOVE your piece and will do my best to make sure that you do!
If an item breaks, contact me and we can talk about options to fix it. I am happy to fix it for you if you send it back to me, just convo me and let me know what the problem is. You pay shipping back to me, and I'll pay shipping back to you.
Items that have been customized (chain lengths adjusted or custom pieces) are not eligible for return under most circumstances. Contact me to discuss your particular situation.
Additional policies and FAQs
Jewelry is fragile and should be worn with care. Please do not wear your jewelry in the shower or during extreme physical activity. Pearls and softer stones such as turquoise are delicate and should not come into contact with perfumes or hairspray. Oxidation/discoloration can happen to most metals. Please keep your jewelry in a safe sealed box or container.
