Payment
-Payment-
Samaria Project accepts PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

-Cancellation-
A request to cancel your order must be placed within 12 hours of purchase. Otherwise, your order will be filled and you will need to follow the "Refunds and Exchanges" policy found below.Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me.

-Non-Payment-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.

-Other-
Samaria Project reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.
Shipping
-Packaging-
*I re-use envelopes!
Items are shipped in a padded envelope to protect breakables. Let us know in the "message to seller" if you would like us to include a gift card and small note (there is no extra charge for the gift card and note).

-Domestic-
We ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

-International-
International buyers are welcome! If you do not see your country listed, please convo me for estimated shipping costs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

-Shipping time frame-
Please permit at least two weeks for delivery. Overseas customers please permit 3-4 weeks.

-Please send the me the right address!-
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

-Insurance-
Insurance is strongly recommended, especially for items over $50. Please convo me if you wish to purchase insurance on any item and I will send you a revised invoice. I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.
Refunds and Exchanges
-On all items-
Whether you are requesting a refund or return items must be returned to me in the condition you received them in within ten (10) days of reception.

-International-
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United States.


-Damaged items-
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact me asap. You will have the option to receive a full refund or I will replace the item(s).


-Non-Damaged Items-
Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping.


-Lost Packages-
I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.

Please allow 15 days for most domestic packages to be received and 45 days for international packages.

-Custom Orders-
I am always happy to discuss custom orders! Please feel free to convo me with any questions or requests.
Because I work with unique/recycled materials, my pieces are frequently one-of-a-kind. As such, please note it is not always possible to *exactly* replicate a piece due to natural variations and availability of materials.

-Wholesale_
All of my items are available at wholesale price to licensed resellers. Please contact for more information about pricing and terms.
