My mother absolutley loved this gift for her birthday, the only problem was the quality of metal. It seems that it leaves a green stain on the skin. We're just going to put a clear coat on it, besides that it is awesome

Payment
Please pay within 3 days of purchase. I accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Please note that E-checks take 3-5 business days (sometimes 10+ days!) to clear. If there is a problem or you need to extend your payment deadline, please contact me to let me know. Otherwise I will cancel the sale and relist the item.

I also accept personal checks and money ordrers although I must wait for them to clear before I can ship your item(s) to you.
Shipping
I ship my items via first class mail, which takes about 2-5 days within the United States. This does not include insurance on your item(s). Shipping insurance is available for $1.70 for up to $50 in merchandise or $2.50 for sales over $50. If you would like your item(s) insured, please leave a note in the “message to seller” section when you check out or contact me. If you would like your item mailed to you quickly, I offer Priority Mail as well for $4.90.

I am also happy to offer international shipping! Shipping to international destinations can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. I ship USPS First Class International mail; however, I can upgrade your package to Priority International Mail for an additional cost. Please keep in mind that the laws of customs vary greatly, and there may be restrictions and/or customs fees, import duties, or taxes. S.A.M Charms is not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged in your country.

Please make sure that the address in your PayPal account is accurate before buying as I only ship to the address that is confirmed on your PayPal account. PayPal’s policy regarding contested transactions and lost items is very clear: PayPal will not cover either party's expenses should something happen to the item if the item has not been shipped to the address they have on file.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me right away if there is any problem with your purchase. I want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your order. If for some reason this is not the case, please contact me first. Each return or exchange is handled on an individual basis.

Returns or exchanges of unworn, original condition, non-custom made jewelry can be made within 7 days of the purchase date. When returning the item to me, please package the item carefully to ensure it is delivered in its original condition. Return shipping costs are not refundable. After I receive the item back I will mail a replacement piece or issue a refund through PayPal. Please note that custom, hand-stamped items are NOT refundable unless I have clearly made an error on the piece.

For damaged items, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item(s), and then mail back the item(s) to me. I will mail a replacement piece to you once I have received the damaged piece. Each party incurs their own shipping costs.
