How do I download my files?

After purchase, a link to your file downloads will be sent to your Etsy account email. You can also download your files in your account profile under “purchases and reviews.”

What is a PNG file?

A png file is a graphic with a transparent background. The background can look white or black on the screen but when added to a project, the background will be transparent.

What is your refund policy?

Because of the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns. I will try my best to help and make you happy.

Can I use your designs for commercial use?

Yes, you can use them on physical products. Small Commercial Use is OK up to 100 sales. For more than 100 sales, please contact me for extended use or mass production license options. You are NOT allowed to resell the files digitally even if you edited them.

How do I use your designs for sublimation?

Sublimation requires sublimation equipment as well as sublimation inks and substrates. There are many "how-to" tutorials on Youtube.
