Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Your order will ship in 5-8 business days after you place your order.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
A: It all depends on where you are located. I cannot disclose a specific time.

Q: Can you rush orders?
A: Yes, I can! As long as the "Rush Order" listing is purchased with your order.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: At this time, I am not offering custom orders. I am a full time grad student and custom orders are very time consuming. I can still do custom color changes!

Q: Do you offer digital prints so I can print them myself?
A: Yes! I now offer digital prints! It is a small but growing collection. These prints are NOT for resale and are owned by Sam's Simple Decor, LLC.

Q: Are your foil prints real?
A: Yes! I offer real gold foil prints and faux gold foil prints. See the sections to your left!

Q: What kind of paper do you use?
A: I use 110lb glossy photo paper. The gloss brings out the colors and keeps them as true to the screen colors as possible. However, colors still may differ than the image on your computer screen.

Q: Do you offer matte paper?
A: I do, but the colors will not be as vibrant as they would on gloss paper. Matte paper is only available by request.

A: Do you take returns?
Q: Yes! The only prints that can be returned are ones that have not be customized (ex: color changes, hashtags, etc.). All items must be returned before a refund is given.

After providing a few different angles of my tree covered front yard, Sam was able to masterfully put together a perfect digital image of our house showcasing the architecture (and not the trees) that we fell in love with. I would highly recommend Sam for this type of work. She was able to quickly turn around the order and was great to work with.

Design your heart out.

I started my Etsy shop when I was starting to get frustrated with architecture school. Architecture relies heavily on the graphic representation of buildings, and I was struggling with that aspect. One day, I decided to open the Adobe programs to mess around with the editing software without using a building as my subject. From there, I started to learn the ins and outs of the program and how to manipulate images. I decided to list my work on Etsy and soon after, it became a hit.

Learning the programs without using architecture helped remove myself from what I was constantly studying. This created an outlet to help me get rid of stress while doing something I enjoyed and something that helped me with my schooling.

I love everything that Etsy has done for me over the years. I take my work, my shop, and my schooling very seriously. All of my artwork represents a piece of me that I want to share with you. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I do. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sorry, no checks. They take too long to process and then it delays you getting your product! Also I do not want to risk getting a bounced check.

Cancellation Policy: If you notice that you made an order and need to cancel it for whatever reason there are two things you can do:

1. If the item has not been shipped yet I will refund you the price of the item and the shipping.

2. If the item has been shipped and you want to cancel it then you can follow the refund policy. At this point, I will refund the cost of the item AFTER the item is returned back to me.
Shipping
➜ I ship my products using USPS.

➜ My shipping time for all orders is 4-6 BUSINESS days after your purchase.

➜ I am a full time graduate student, that being said I CANNOT rush orders! PLEASE take this into account before purchasing! If you need an item on a certain date, order 3-4 weeks ahead of time.

➜ Tracking is included for Domestic and International Orders.

➜ Prints are placed on a piece of chipboard secured with Photo Corner Stickers and then put inside a cellophane sleeve for protection.

➜ Packaging is labeled with DO NOT BEND on front and back.

➜ I am NOT responsible for any customs fees that come with international orders.

➜ Once your order is dropped off at the post office, I am not responsible for the time it takes for your order to get to you. I do not have control over the pace of the post office.

➜ International orders take about 2-4 weeks to ship depending on where you are located in the world! Please do not contact me with concerns about your order until 4 weeks since your item has been shipped has passed. Thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to keep you, the customer, happy and satisfied so if there is any problem with any of my products we can work through it.

If your print gets damaged in the mail please contact me and we will work something out. I will not take action about the damaged print unless you provide documentation (pictures) that the print(s) was damaged.

In order for the print to be damaged it must be in BAD shape.
Example: ripped, torn in multiple pieces, water damaged, crumbled to the point of a lot of physical damage.

You must notify me as soon as you get the print if it is damaged, if you do not tell me within 3 days after receiving the print, there will be no replacement.

≫≫IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON CUSTOM ORDERS≪≪

I am now taking custom orders again! Please view my "Custom order" listing for more information!

➜ In regards to color changes, after I send you a proof you have 3 days to notify me if you like the colors or not. If you do not let me know within 3 days your order will be shipped out as is.

➜ If you did not notify me within the 3 days and your order was shipped then I can resend you prints with the colors you want for another charge. The charge will be half of the amount of your order. For example, if you bought a print for $20 then you will pay $10 plus shipping.

Q: Do you sell your prints wholesale?
A: Yes I do! However, there is minimum amount of prints you must purchase in order to make a wholesale purchase. The minimum amount of prints needed is 50. The wholesale amount for each size print varies, so please contact me for the pricing information. Please contact me with serious inquires only and you must run and operate a legitimate business.

Q: What is the best way to contact you?
A: Through Etsy. I do NOT respond to emails of any kind. I rarely check my email so it will get lost in the masses.

Q: Is tracking included with my order?
A: Yes! Tracking is included with my domestic AND international orders!

Q: Do you allow returns?
A: Yes, I do accept returns. Please notify me within 1 week after you receive your print if you want to return your order. I will be able to see when your order was received because I keep track of the tracking numbers. I will NOT refund you your money until AFTER I receive the print(s). Your order MUST be returned in the same condition that I sent it to you in. So, not bends, rips or crumbled prints with be accepted for returns. Send the print back to me with TRACKING! If not tracking is provided and the print goes missing, I will not refund the product.

Q: Can custom orders be returned?
A: No, custom orders cannot be returned. Custom orders include: name, date, and color changes. I am not able to resell custom orders because they were designed specifically for you.

Q: For returns, who is responsible for the return shipping?
A: You are responsible for return shipping.

Q: My order was sent back to you. Who pays for the shipping to send it out again?
A: It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a print is returned back to Sam's Simple Decor, the buyer must pay for the item to be shipped again. If the buyer does not want the item anymore, the order can be canceled. Please make sure the address is correct before placing an order.

Q: What exactly will I be refunded?
A: The whole order will be refunded and cancelled.

Q: Can you sell your prints digitally so I can print it myself?
A: I do offer a small selection of digital prints! Check the Digital Prints section to view the selection

Q: Do you including tracking with your orders?
A: Yes! It is for domestic AND international orders.

Q: Is there a frame included with the order?
A: No, there is not a frame included with the order.

Q: Can you change the size of the prints?
A: The sizes that are listed are the only sizes I offer at the moment.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Not during the school year (September-May). I only offer custom orders during the summer months.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: I ship out/process my orders 1-2 weeks or 5-10 business days.

Q: I need my order ASAP! Can you ship out sooner than 1-2 week?
A: No. I am a full time graduate student and I am not able to ship out items any sooner.

Q: What is a business day?
A: A business day is a workday which is considered Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days. No orders will be processed during the weekends.

Q: I sent you a message with some questions, how long will it take before I get a response?
A: I check my Etsy account multiple times a day, so you should get a response back the same day your message was sent. However, I do get a huge volume of messages daily so your conversation might be overlooked on accident. If you do not get a response from me, please resend it again a day or so later.

Q: I asked for color changes, how long until I can get a proof to see if I like the changes?
A: I send out my proofs within 3 days after the print is purchased. You have 3 days after the proof is sent to confirm or change the color changes. No notification will result in your print being shipped out as is.
