Hi holiday shoppers :) this one’s for you. And it goes the entire month of December so if you get some holiday cash and wanna do some shopping after Christmas I will still hook you up.
Would make a great gift for the chef or bartender in your life, for those of you already thinking about holiday shopping :)
Love these new little catch all dishes, each one is handcarved in a different design. No two are the same!

About

I first took ceramics in high school but was introduced to wheelthrowing in college. I focused on drawing and painting in school but really missed making ceramics after I graduated. I currently work out of a small art studio in Lomita, CA shared with other ceramic artists, painters, drawers, the loudest parrot on the planet and a cat. I have been making pots there since 2013 and it is a great space that has allowed me to develop my skills as a potter. My favorite thing about working with clay is that as a material, clay really has no value of its own, the value is put there by the potter. Clay itself is formless but it can be made into so many shapes and forms. Wheelthrowing is so intuitive, feeling what the clay will and will not allow, it has a meditative quality to it where you have to be present, in the moment and adapt your intentions to what the clay wants to do. Over the years I have developed a deep love for clay and as long as I can keep getting my hands dirty and my pants dusty I will be a happy girl. Thanks for visiting my shop and please come back to see whats new.

Returns and exchange details
Ceramics can be very fragile, and although I try to pack each piece as securely as possible, I understand that sometimes they just don’t make it. Let me know in the few days after recieving your order and include a photo of the piece. A replacement piece can be sent out to you as soon as possible or I can refund you. I want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your piece arrives and is just not what you had hoped, send me a message via Etsy and I will work with you on finding a solution. If you have any questions or are unsure about a piece please ask me! I'm happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure you are confident and satisfied with your purchase.

A great perk to stoneware is with a little bit of care it can last a lifetime. To best care for these items hand washing is recommended, and avoid extreme changes in temperature (putting a cold dish into a hot oven, or putting a tea pot directly over a flame) over time ths can cause your piece to crack.
