* Worldwide shipping except Israel and Russia
* Any duties and/or customs fees are solely the buyer's responsibility. High customs fees country: Brazil, Mexico, India and France

* Will arrive in 3 to 5 working days upon shipment date with good address and valid phone number (except Israel, Russia, Registered Air Mail, PO Box, APO and FRO address) NOTE: Shipment delays may cause by festive periods, bad weather condition, bad address, invalid phone number or item stuck at Customs
* STRICTLY NO PO Box, APO and FRO address – Express Shipping do NOT deliver to mentioned addresses
* We ship to everywhere EXCEPT Israel and Russia; Sorry for Israel and Russia friends
* Shipping address is the address displayed in your Etsy Invoice, not PayPal
* All packages need to be signed upon delivery. In case no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package
* Any duties and/or customs fees are solely the buyer's responsibility
* All prints are print upon order received. Please allow 1-3 working days to ship upon payment clearance. If you need any customization please convo me earlier and it will require extra working days
* Please provide your contact number in ‘Note to Seller’ to avoid shipment delay or delivery exception. If you choose not to provide your contact number, please make sure the shipping address is correct when you checkout
* For any delivery exception; ‘Unclaimed’, ‘Incorrect Address’, ‘Insufficient Address’, customer will be responsible for the resend shipping fees
Refunds and Exchanges
Each item posted is quality checked to ensure it is sent in perfect condition and packed with care so it is safe inside the packaging.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. If however your item has arrived damaged, please contact me by Etsy conversation or email within 10 days of item arrival to discuss arrangements on issuing a refund of replacement before leaving a negative or neutral feedback: I AM HAPPY TO RESOLVE ANY SITUATION.
