We want all of our buyers to be 100% happy with their purchase so please contact us if you have any issues with your item once it arrives.

Unfortunately, I am not be responsible with how the postal service treats your mail, but in the event that your item arrives damaged, we will replace/refund your item under the condition that you first ship the damaged item back to us.

Refunded items must be exchanged up to 7 days from delivery date, after this time a refund will note be issued.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.

Paypal is the preferred payment option.

But wait, I don't have a Paypal account. Don't fret, you don't need a Paypal account to make an order. Paypal is quick, secure and easy to use though. You can pay by using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or e-Check. Simply hit "continue" next to "don't have a Paypal account?" and pay using one of the method offered.

Please review your listing for shipping + handling info.

If the item will be shipping late we will contact you asap to let you know in advance. To save on shipping fee's all items are shipped out First Class mail. If the difference for Priority shipping is still covered under your shipping quote we'll send it the fastest way possible to your doorstep.

Please note that the shipping charges include preparation of materials. This may include an envelope, padded envelope, box, packing supplies, tissue paper, bubble wrap, etc. Anything needed to protect your items when traveling to you.

We will ship to your "ETSY" address noted at checkout. Please make sure this address is up to date. We are not held responsible if you didn't check this and your package is misdelivered.

If the item is a gift and being mailed elsewhere please provide and alternate address for mailing in the notes to seller. We will happily package your item up with a gift tag, or little card for you. Please leave a message so we may contact you about this.

Reserving items: I am more than happy to reserve a listing for you. Please note that items on reserve will only be held for 24 hours. After this time the item will be unreserved and return to its normal state. Please do not ask for and item to be reserved unless you are seriously considering buying it as this process holds up things for others who may be considering buying items too. Thank you for your understanding.
