Gadget covers in all shapes and sizes.

I started Sandman Quilts about 12 years ago with my BFF Rebecca. We each had 3 small children and felt we needed the added challenge of running a business! Crazy.

We originally focused on the things important to us at the time, baby stuff. We created quilts, burp clothes, changing pads, etc... As our kids grew so did our interests and we gradually switched to purses and more grown up accessories.

Rebecca had to eventually leave the business but still provides moral support and help all the time!

Now with 3 teenage boys and about 15 different tech gadgets in the house I have again changed my focus to accessories for all the electronics in our lives.

My favorite part of the business is when I get an email from a customer telling me how happy they are with their new cover or sleeve! Just makes my day!! My second favorite part is buying new fabric!

And that's my story, in a nutshell.

I ship U.S.P.S. Priority mail or first class for domestic shipments (depending on your location and weight of the item). I never charge extra for handling or shipping.

International shipments are sent First Class Mail. First class international mail is not traceable nor is it insured. If you would prefer a faster method let me know in a convo and I will set up a custom listing for you. A tracking number is provided to track your package until it leaves the United States. I am not responsible for the package once it leaves my studio. Customs Duty, Excise Duty and import VAT are NOT included in the shipping fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my work 100%.

I want everyone to be 100% happy with what they purchased, so if for any reason you aren't happy, just contact me and we'll figure it out on a case by case basis.

If an item arrives damaged please contact me immediately, preferably with a photo. Photos of what happened help me in preventing similar issues in the future.

If you purchase an item and are not satisfied please contact me so we can discuss the issue. If you are still not happy, send the product back for a refund less the original shipping costs.
Additional policies and FAQs

1. Where do you get your fabric?

All of my fabric is top quality quilt shop fabric. There is a difference in the quality of fabrics that have been purchased at big box sewing stores and quilt shops. The difference shows in the feel and the way the fabric holds its colors and withstands day to day use.

2. Who makes your products?

I make everything myself!

3. I'm an international customer and am still waiting for my order, can you tell me where it is?

Unfortunately, no. Unless I register my international packages (which is very expensive) I really don't know what happens once they leave the US and I can't be held responsible. The good news is, I ship international all the time and have only ever had one lost package!

4. When I went to pick up my (international) package there were extra fees! I already paid for shipping!

Sometimes certain governments impose duties or custom charges on top of what it costs to ship the package. This is government by government and a totally separate charge from what it cost me to ship the package to you.
