Custom orders are always welcome! Contact me with your request and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I always do my very best to ensure that, you the customer, gets a quality product and the best customer service possible. If there are issues you are not satisfied with, cordial communication with me is the key to resolving any issues.

Returns and exchanges
No refunds or exchanges on electronic gadgets, such as mobile device cases and covers.
Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your order, and it will be my pleasure to work out any issue you may have. Please be kind enough as to not leave negative reviews before having communicated with me to resolve the issue.
Payment
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Beyond 24 hours, your cancellation will not be accepted.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Your payment must be paid within 24 hours of purchase, or your order will be canceled without warning.
Shipping
Some items are shipped from Montreal, my current location. Other items are shipped from the US, directly from the supplier I work with.
I do not offer shipping upgrades for faster shipping options at this time.
Additional policies and FAQs
Once you have approved a quote for a custom listing, the listing will be listed the same day of approval. Please be advised I will keep a custom listing up for a period of 3 days. That is ample time to make your payment. After 3 days the listing will be removed.
