Guarantee & Return Policy
We take pride in creating the highest quality soaps and handmade items. Your happiness is our top priority! We believe our products to be of the highest quality, so please contact us if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please remember that we produce handmade natural products, which means that no two products will be identical.

We will accept returns on any unused item for up to 30 days after purchase. Simply email us and we will work with you on the return. We will offer a replacement item or your money back, whichever you prefer. (However, shipping costs are not refundable.)

We have selected PayPal as our online payment processor. PayPal accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If you have a PayPal account, you may transfer funds from any accounts you've linked with PayPal. Please note that if paying by E-check, we will wait until the check clears prior to shipping the order, which is usually 4 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment received, you cannot cancel your order. If you email us before your order is processed, we will cancel the order and send a refund within 24-48 hours of cancellation. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Shipping Policies
For in stock items, we ship within 48 hours after placement of your order (Monday - Friday). If we are out of stock on a particular item that you ordered, we will notify you by email within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) and you may substitute another item or we will refund your money for that item.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Items should arrive within 5-7 business days after order is shipped. We now ship internationally!
