Elizabeth Becker is an artist based in Pennsylvania. She studied fine art at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, University of the Arts, and Millersville University, where she earned her BSE in Art Education and BA in Psychology. She currently lives in Carlisle, PA with her husband Anthony.

Elizabeth works primarily in watercolors. She is drawn to the spontaneity and immediacy of this medium, which has taught her to become present in the moment, relinquish control and embrace imperfections. Her paintings are an exploration of emotion, the human condition and our spiritual connection to nature.

Emotional release and expressive experimentation with water are important to Elizabeth's process, as she works intuitively, allowing colors to bleed together and slowly bloom. Through evolving layers and abstractions, she hopes to capture the elusive, transcendent essence of her subjects.

Returns and exchange details
I package my artwork with great care. Please contact me immediately if there are any damages to the artwork.

I only accept returns and exchanges due to issues of quality or if the item does not match the listing. I do not accept returns and exchanges due to a change of heart. Feel free to contact me for more pictures or information if needed.
Payment
Payment through Etsy or PayPal accepted. Etsy gift cards accepted. Payment must clear before I ship.
Shipping
TIMING: I try my best to ship within 5 business days after payment has cleared. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays. Custom orders and fine art prints may take longer due to production time — if this is the case, your listing will state the expected shipment time. Expedited shipping upgrades are available upon checkout.

TRACKING: Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Please understand that once the item leaves my hands, I have no control over the postal delivery service and tracking information is unfortunately not always correct.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: I typically require signature confirmation on original artwork, orders valued over $200 and all packages that are being delivered to apartment buildings or units. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the shipping service will leave a note regarding redelivery at your door. If they cannot redeliver, it will be returned to sender. Please contact me if you would like to waive signature confirmation, but note that I will not be able to reimburse or replace your order in the case of missing packages without signature confirmation.

RETURN TO SENDER: If your package is returned to sender due to a problem with the address or if you are unavailable to sign for it, please be advised that you are responsible for paying shipping charges to re-send the package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Standard international shipping can unfortunately be unpredictable and take a considerable amount of time. Standard international shipping usually takes 2 weeks; however please allow up to 4-5 weeks to receive your order due to possible Customs delays. You can purchase a shipping upgrade upon checkout if your order is time-sensitive. Please note that international tracking information is often incorrect. Once your package leaves the United States, USPS transfers responsibility to your country’s postal service.

CUSTOMS FEES: Buyers are responsible for any Customs fees that may apply. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that it is illegal for me to forge information (such as claiming a lower price or marking packages as a gift) in order to avoid these fees. If the item is a gift and you are an international customer, I highly recommend that the item be shipped to you rather than directly to the gift recipient, so that the gift recipient is not made responsible for these possible fees.

Why isn't my tracking information up to date?

The number you will be provided at time of shipment is referred to as a ‘tracking number’ but is more like a delivery confirmation number. The carrier may not provide much information until the shipment is out for delivery. Once your package leaves my hands, I have no control over the postal delivery service. Postal tracking is spotty at best, as they rely on drivers to physically scan the label and sometimes the scan is missed. As a result, tracking may lag behind the actual package. In the rare case that your package stalls at your local post office, you may need to visit in person to claim your package.

How long does international shipping take?

All International orders are shipped Priority unless an upgrade to Express shipping is purchased (I recommend purchasing this upgrade if your order is time-sensitive). Priority shipping is estimated to arrive in 6-10 days, but this is not a guarantee. International shipping is unfortunately a little unpredictable and, in some cases, can take a considerable amount of time.
