PRE-ORDERS--Why does it state it could be up to 2 weeks to get an item?

Under normal circumstances, most items can be made within 2 days. So, why does it state it could be up to 2 weeks? I do "first come, first serve", there may be a chance that someone has pre-ordered something ahead of you. I also get a lot of orders during the Holiday season, so don't delay, get your order in!

Why do I have Pre_order items and not have everything Ready to Ship?

I don't have the room to make things and store them especially baby bags which tend to be large and take up room. So, don't be put off by seeing it could take 2 weeks...contact me and see what the current time frame is. It could be that you would have the item in your hands in less than a week :

Can I return an item?

Any returns that I may accept (it is very rare that I take returns) will have a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the purchase price and remainder refunded. Purchaser is responsible for postage to return item(s)
