Once upon a time...

San San Atelier is formed by my husband, Miguel San and me, Paula San. Together we work in our little workshop and we share the design and fabrication duties of all our products.
Miguel studied Fine Arts and was graduated in cinema and animation. He worked in several animation movies and cartoons as animator and rigger which made him became an expert in 3D design, all this background inspired him to start making his own designs and to open an online shop where he was selling geek tie clips and cufflinks.
For my part, I came from a totally different world. I use to work in market research, but I guess that great minds think alike and I don’t know how, little by little I ended up working in the jewelry business.
Together we’ve been learning and improving all the different jewelry techniques and we would like to show you the results of our work!

If you are not happy with your purchase (item not as described or broken), please let me know! Depending on the problem, we may proceed to an exchange or a refund. But always 7 days after you receive the parcel.
If you want to return an item you purchase (unworn and undamaged, because worn or damaged jewelry will void the refund), you have to return it within 7 days of receiving it.
Returns for anything other than damages due to delivery problems will be refunded MINUS the cost of shipping when the item is returned in sellable condition. And that the customer is responsible for paying for the cost to send it back.

*I do not accept returns on custom made items (this includes the pet tags)

Orders are shipped twice a week - on Tuesday and Friday.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Sometimes the envelop does not fit into yout mailbox, they will take it to the postal office. Usually the postman leaves a note with the address of the postal office where they are going to take your parcel but is your responsability to always keep an eye in the tracking info because sometimes they don't leave the note and if you don't pick it up in 10 days they will return it to me.
Customer will be responsable to pay again for the shipping if this happens.

- Due the pandemic situation there are delays in most of shippings. Unfortunatelly there is nothing that we can do so please be aware that this can happen so right now I can't guarantee timings

Custom and personalized orders

Sizing details

Care instructions

BRASS: There are many people who is very sensitive to the BRASS and it turns their skin green, if this is your case, you can add a coat of nail polish in the inside, this way it will not make any reaction with your skinn.

SILVER: Sterling silver is an aleation of silver and a very 7.5% of other metals. Is very rare, but there is people who can have a reaction.

BLACK RHODIUM AND SILVER PLATE: plated items should not be confused with solid silver or rhodium. In a plate, a coating of material has been applied to another metal. Even if is a high quality plated, it deserves a little attention and care.

Jewellery made from silver and brass will scratch and wear over time, especially if it comes into contact with a similar or harder material.

How long does it take to get my order?

If you had already bought us a product, those below are the estimate shipping timings:

North America: 1-3 working days
Europe: 3-7 working days
UK-: 1/2 working days
Others: 2-6 working days

Don't forget to add the production timings. That will depend on the product.
I only go to the postal office Tuesday and Fridays.

Please note that during the weekends I do not answer emails.

Do you put the 925 stamp?

Even if I guarantee that all the pieces are done in sterling silver, I do not put the stamp. In Spain you have to take the jewelry to a laboratory to have it done, this costs money and will also cause a big delay. In case you want to have it please contact me before the purchase and I will give you timings and cost.

What happens if you give me an incorrect address

In this case I'm afraid that you will have to wait until I receive back the item and then pay again for the shipping or cancel the order, in which case I will make you a refund.

How to use a Tie Clip

The kind of tie clips that we do are Non-Hinged/tie slides/slide clasps (yes, they have many names).
I'm aware that most of the people are used to the Hinged Tie Clips but the tie slides work in a different way. You don't have to open it, just keep the two ends close then push and slide the tie into place.

I ordered the incorrect size, Can you re size my rings?

Sure! I do not charge for re sizing, however you should pay the shipping. So you just have to send me the rings (I will give you my addres in a private message) and I will re size the rings and send them back to you asap.
