Welcome to Santa's Gift Shoppe Vinyl Year Round (Spring,Summer,Fall & Winter)!!! We love the spirit that the Christmas Season brings out in people & wanted that to last all year long so that is why we named our shop Santa's Gift Shoppe. We hope you will find that same spirit while you shop with us (all year round)

Payment
Payment is expected after completion of the sale. If no payment is received or contact made within 48 hours, especially Custom Orders we will cancel the sale.

We accept payment via PayPal which includes Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, & Debit Cards.
Shipping
There are orders ahead of you...Your order will take anywhere from 4-10 days to be made. It then will be SHIPPED and you will receive your order 4-7 business days after that...(PROBABLY SOONER).***Depending on Wedding Season, Christmas, or Quantity of an Order.
Mail being what it is and all the budget cuts it could take longer..So for a general rule I'd say from purchasing an item to receiving it, can take anywhere from 7-14 days. It depends where in the country it's going as well. Make sure you order well ahead of time if you need something by a specific date & TELL US THE DATE especially if it is for a Wedding. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MAIL. WE MAIL ITEMS FIRST CLASS MAIL or FLAT RATE depending on the weight.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order...Contact us ASAP. Usually we can take care of any problem very quickly.

There are No REFUNDS on personalized items.

If it is a problem that santasgiftshoppe caused we will exchange or refund your purchase price + S/H. If however it is the result of a customer NOT Reading the Description of the Item (SIZE, COLOR, etc.) & Policies of santasgiftshoppe then item cost will NOT BE REFUNDED..

A refund or exchange (depending on the circumstances) will be within 7 business days of receiving the product back in the same condition it left our store in.

FAQ frequently Asked Questions)

1. When will my item be shipped?
Items are shipped 7-10 business days (M-F) after payment has been received.. Most of the time 3-8 days. I do not work on holidays or Sundays. Also see santasgiftshoppe "Policies" section.

2. When will my item be delivered?
Delivery time is different than shipping time (see #1 above). Item delivery times vary depending on applicable postal service in your city, and from state to state. I have no control over how long the mail takes to get to you.

3. Why haven't I received my item yet? Did you CONFIRM your address? Do we have the CORRECT address for where you want it shipped? The Postal Service takes longer to deliver to most places than even a yr ago because of cutbacks, layoffs & closing of Postal Offices across the nation.

4. How can I speed up the order process?
******PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION in LISTING and give NEEDED info to Seller on checkout to save delays through emails back & forth. (more below)

A) Please Tell Us Specific Color(s), Font (writing style) type, and Personalization (such as name, date, etc.) IN THE MESSAGE TO SELLER at CHECKOUT so we do not have to waste valuable time in emailing back & forth.
B) Carefully Read the Item Description to determine what information is needed to personalize; (CUT and PASTE the INFO if you have to...in to Message to Seller at Check-out)
C) Review shoppe "Policies" section.

5. Do I have to create a custom order to personalize an item?
No. Select your item from the posted products and indicate in "Message to Seller" personalization request(s) (see above #3 FAQ). It is Not Necessary to email additional personalization information which Lengthens Order Process Time.

6. Can you make a Decal bigger than 10.25" x 11.5"?
At this time this is the largest size we make.

7. How come it takes a few days sometimes to get a reply to an email?
Because of the amount of emails santasgiftshoppe receives each day it is sometimes impossible to get right back to you. Emails take hours to do and take precious time away from getting orders to customers.
****Most times Emails are not necessary. FAQ can answer a lot of the questions asked in Emails.

8. Why is the cost of shipping more than the postage paid?
Shipping and handling includes some, or all of the following:
-Postage/Shipping product(s) to your home
-Time spent sizing, and preparing products to be packaged (especially custom orders which take more time)
-Packaging materials to ship/stabilize products to prevent damage

9. How do I rectify an incorrect order?
Contact santasgiftshoppe as soon as possible with necessary details. Usually any problem can be taken care of very quickly to the customers satisfaction.

10. How do I leave feedback?
