1 out of 5 starsIf you don't have an Iphone or a drop box, don't order. Can not down load pattern. You have to answer close to 50, I am not a robot questions and still can not get pattern. I think it was a rip off

We provided two ways to retrieve the order, and it's all stated clearly on the convo and email. 1. An email containing the PDF file is sent to the buyer (buyers are reminded to check their spam/junk folder) 2. A download link is provided if buyer has set an attachment limit or simply prefer to download to another device. Karen fails to read the instruction nor wait for our response to her enquiry before leaving an unjust feedback. We will not tolerate accusation of ageism.

5 out of 5 starsThese instructions were perfect! My dolls came out exactly like the picture. The only difference was that I bought silk flowers for the bouquet and headpiece. The bride and groom loved them! The extra bonus was that the couple's hair styles matched these dolls! Thanks for this pattern, it's perfect!

We have been transparent about that in our shop policy and FAQ; we are not sorry that we are protecting our intellectual property. We issue cease and desist order on regular basis for copyright infringement.

1 out of 5 starsTrying to download instructions for this pattern was frustrating. I did not appreciate a time limit to download or having to pay a reload fee to get the pattern I had already purchased. The instructions were okay, you have to understand crochet abbreviations to follow. As cute as the product is, I would not purchase another pattern unless the download process changes.

Frequently asked questions
When will I get my patterns?
Although we have enabled digital download option, all patterns will be uploaded on a cloud server outside of Etsy and the download link will be provided to you within 48 hours (usually sooner) of the transaction.
1. A copy of the pattern in PDF format will be sent to you through your email address registered on Etsy within 24-48 hours; please check your junk/spam folder.
2. A separate download link will also be provided to you in case you need to download the pattern (i.e. your email client does not allow big attachment files to be sent through email etc.). The download link will expire in 5 days.
Why doesn't saplanetamigurumi allows immediate download like other sellers?
As a measure of anti-piracy and intellectual property protection, all patterns are licensed and recorded in a license registry. Therefore we have to process each file individually.
How long do I have before the download link expires?
All files are kept in the cloud server for 5 days before the link expires. It is important that buyers download the files and save copies of the licensed pattern in local hard drive and/or external storage. We do not keep copies of your purchased patterns after 6 months period.
What is reactivation link?
After your download link expires, we move your patterns to a secure server for 6 months. If you lose your copy, you can purchase the reactivation link by providing us with your order number and date of purchase, and we will provide a new download link which will last 5 days. Reactivation link is only available to orders within 6 months from date of purchase.
