I’m so sorry to hear this especially considering I changed the entire design of the keychain for you at no charge to incorporate him instead of her, and then sent you a replacement name tag free of charge when you weren’t pleased with the font that was used (which you never requested I change in our initial conversations) 🫤

1 out of 5 starsThe bracelet was adorable, however it turned my wrist very green within just a few hours. I was not wearing any lotions or perspiring. The seller was polite about this problem, but only offered a partial refund. It was a disappointing purchase.

I sent you a message over 10 days ago letting you know that if the bracelet was in the same condition it was shipped to you in that I would offer a full refund, if not you were able to keep it and I would send a partial refund. I tried coming up with a solution that was fair. I’ve sold over 600 of these bracelets and you are the first person to say that it turned their skin green. Although im sorry to hear that I think I offered a fair resolution.
