I am a homeschooling, soapmaking, crocheting, christian single mom of four kids. Aside from homeschooling, making soap has become my passion. I love to try new fragrance oils, essential oils and oil combinations for different skin types. We decided that I should begin selling my handmade soaps to pay for my soapmaking addiction and some of our curriculum for our homeschool. Returns and exchanges
Due to the personal nature of skin care products I do not accept returns or offer exchanges. All sales are final.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon checkout via PayPal. If you can not pay right away, please drop me a line and let me know. I am also more than happy to reserve an item or two for you if need be... Just let me know!
If you are paying with Pay Pal, you do NOT need a Pay Pal account to purchase using your credit card or debit card
When checking out PLEASE double check your address to make sure it is correct and current to avoid further shipping charges if items are returned!
I only go by the address given on the Etsy transaction and will not go by the paypal address

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (depends on weight). If the shipping comes out to be cheaper than expected I will refund the difference through paypal.
Orders are shipped within 3 days after payment is received. If it will be any longer, I will contact you. Delivery time is usually 4–7 business days. Included in the cost is a delivery confirmation so I won’t worry if you received your item or not.
Purchasing insurance is optional, but highly recommended. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged items. If you would like your package insured, please contact me to add the appropriate amount of insurance to your order.

RECYCLED PACKAGING
Your soaps will arrive neatly wrapped and labeled. For boxes and packing materials I use recycled packaging whenever possible.
Currently I do not ship Internationally.

The soaps are for external use only. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use. Sapphire Soaps is not responsible for any injury incurred by use or misuse of any product. Although my products are handmade using primarily natural ingredients, the possibility of allergic reaction/skin sensitivity is not eliminated. If you experience any discomfort or abnormal reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional
The ingredients of all the products are clearly labeled and may contain ingredients that cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.
