Hi there

Because my creations are made from fabric or paper I can incorporate really funky designs and patterns as well as the more traditional ideas.

From my small studio I make and design three dimensional cards, gifts bouquets, swags, pew flowers, place settings, favours, table centre pieces all in your chosen theme. All my flowers are completely handmade using only quality materials.

Each flower is individually and lovingly crafted which makes them unique and each creation is stunning and inspiring.

Quality and attention to detail are very important to me!

If you need an item sooner than the current lead time, please contact me *before* purchasing to make sure I can finish the item.

All of my items come delightfully packaged and ready to give!

Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase.

I am unable to begin custom orders until payment has been received- thank you!
I use Royal mail standard package or parcel delivery and usually post first class.

I also keep all proof of postage receipts, if you would like your Item tracked or signed for please contact me.

I will always deliver to a dead line however if it is a particularly busy time of the year I will change the lead times invariably within the advertising text.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to offer a refund provided that the request is a reasonable one.

If I have provided the wrong colour or item, then I will always give a refund.

If the item is damaged in transit then I will offer a replacement.

Returned posted items are at the expense to the customer and he/she is liable for the return postage.

I prefer to offer a replacement or an alternative item but reasonable requests for a refund will be considered and arranged on return of the item.
