*** Handcrafted Goodies: I send all handcrafted items by USPS mail using either First Class Package Service or Priority Mail Flat Rate depending on the weight/size of the item. Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping cost. I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail. Shipping insurance is NOT included in the shipping price, if this is an option that you wish to purchase for an additional fee, please let me know.

**** For items being shipped within the USA that are marked ready to ship, your order will be shipped the following business day after purchase. If your item requires completion time and/or personalization with hand embroidery, I will email you with a schedule of when I will have your item finished, and when it will ship. ****

* All Items are sent via USPS International First Class Package. Shipping insurance and a tracking number are NOT provided for international shipments. I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.

* I ship internationally directly from the Post Office 1-2 times per week. If your item is not yet completed, I will need time to complete it as well. I will email you within 24 hours of purchase to let you know the details of when your item will ship.

* You are responsible for assuring that the items you order can be lawfully imported to your country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country/customs clearance -- as the recipient of an international shipment you are responsible for any of these additional fees that may occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause additional delays in shipping time.

--- DOMESTIC (USA) BUYERS: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 24 hours of item receipt to arrange for a full refund of the item purchase price (excluding shipping charges).

You will be required to ship the item(s) back to me (at your expense)via a carrier of your choice in the SAME CONDITION your item was shipped to you in. I advise using a shipping service that has a tracking number and delivery confirmation. All original packaging MUST be included with the item.

Upon receipt of the item(s) in the condition I shipped it out to you in, with all original packaging, I will issue you a 100% refund of the full purchase price via Paypal -- shipping charges are NOT refunded.
