Necklace is just as pretty in person as the picture. The necklace arrived quick and in pretty packaging along with a handwritten note which is always a nice, personal touch.

About

Make one thing a day.

I graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2010 with a BFA in graphic design and interdisciplinary arts. In the past I’ve found myself working with an overwhelming variety of materials. My interests range from interior design and bookbinding to fashion. I’m obsessed with learning new processes in areas of printmaking, photography, fibers, sculpture and the list could go on! One day I created a project for myself to simply, make a thing a day. There were no restrictions other than I had to make something everyday. So, I dug through an extensive art supply collection left over from school and found a material to start working with–square glass beads.

This experiment started as a way to keep my hands and mind from going idle. What I didn’t realize is that I was creating things in a state of play, with no pressure or preconceived notions of the final piece. I started showing the designs in my live/work studio and the response was so positive, I ended up creating a business and lifestyle selling this jewelry collection of more than 50 designs.

Each piece of jewelry is a unique piece of art, handmade with the highest quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every item is made with care; using high quality beads, components and durable nylon thread. My hope is it will become a cherished piece, treated well, it should last a lifetime.

Due to the handmade nature of my craft, no two items are exactly alike. Please keep this in mind when ordering items labeled "made to order" as they will be made as close as possible to the design pictured. All items made to order are final sale.

All sale items are final sale. Items that have been priced to sell in a clearance sale are items that have not sold for a given period of time, shown in a fashion show from a previous collection, mockups & prototypes of a new design, intern training examples, or overstock. If you have any questions about an item please message me directly.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please message me for custom commissions! I am willing to make simple or complex adjustments to the design of these listings, just let me know what you dream up! I ask that 50% is paid before I begin working on the piece. I will upload a reserved listing with photos of the personally designed piece. The second half of your bill is due at this time and your item will ship the following business day after receiving an authorized payment.

Earring posts made of sterling silver, gold fill, 14k gold and clip-ons are available for those with specific needs! Please message me directly with questions. There is no extra charge except in the case of solid 14K gold replacements.

The rings are made of a variety of metals and not suggested for those with metal allergies. Unfortunately at this time, I do not have any sterling silver/gold replacement options. These adjustable ring shanks will not turn your finger green especially if taken care of properly.

PRODUCT CARE:
► Keep Jewelry Dry.
► Do not wear pieces during or immediately after applying lotions, perfumes, hairspray or other oily cosmetics.
► Wipe clean with a soft damp cotton cloth. Be sure it’s completely dry before storing. Store in a dust proof environment when possible.
► Metallic beads are galvanized and can scratch. I have added an additional protective coating to necessary colors (particularly light gold & silver). Place each piece in cloth pouches, small boxes or plastic bags to avoid scratching.
► Hanging beaded jewelry can cause unnecessary stress on threads and beads.
► Jewelry should be the last thing put on before leaving the house and the first thing to take off at the end of the night.

If your jewelry breaks, place it in a bag or box. In most cases jewelry can be repaired, please contact me by e-mail.
