Payment
I accept payments via PayPal. You can use a credit card through PayPal and you don't have to be a member of PayPal to use this option.

All payments are due within 72 hours of purchase.
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours after payment has cleared (not including weekends and holidays). Domestic orders go out by first class mail, delivery confirmation and insurance can be added at an extra cost. International orders are shipped by first class mail as well, but these packges do not have tracking numbers or insurance. I cannot be held responsible for packages which are lost during shipping if you do not have insurance.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to priority or express mail and add insurance, please let me know either in the "comments to seller section" when checking out or by sending me a convo. I will calculate the cost of the expedited shipping and insurance and if you agree to pay the extra cost, I will send you a revised invoice through PayPal or adjust the cost in the listing.

I always use the address stated on the Etsy receipt. If you would like it shipped elsewhere please convo me as soon as possible, I cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. Please also keep in mind that all international customers are responsible for any custom fees that might occur. I will not give refunds if custom fees are not paid and the package is returned to me. When paying with an E-Check, items will not be shipped until the payment has cleared, which usually takes up to 5 days.

If you find your order unsatisfactory in any way, don't hesitate to send me a convo before leaving feedback and I will do anything that stands in my power to make it up to you.

For hygienic reasons I cannot accept exchanges or returns on earrings.
