Hey! Here, you will find my shop policies! Please feel free to contact me about any of the policies.

If you have a question about any of the techniques or materials I use in making my jewelry, please ask, I am happy to answer questions about my work. Just about every piece can be sized or made into a necklace. I am happy to answer almost any question that you have.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Buyers without a European bank account can only use PayPal for payment. You can either do this by creating or using your PayPal account, or you could pay with your credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. A PayPal account can be made here (www.paypal.com) or you can also sign up for a PayPal account while purchasing an item.

I expect payment within three days. If you're having any problems paying, please let me know; we are always able to sort things out. When no payment is received I will try to contact you by sending a convo and an e-mail. When no response is received, I will give negative feedback and cancel the sale after a week.
Shipping
I ship worldwide ! I do live in France.

*COMBINED SHIPPING*
For multiple item buyers I offer combined shipping.

*TIME FRAME*
All items will be shipped Airmail within four business days after receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated in my convo or email to you, or in my shop announcement. I use the services of the French postal system. International shipping can be very variable. Please allow 15 business days for an item to reach you before contacting me.

COMBINED SHIPPING AND HANDLING -

We are happy to offer you a discount on shipping if you buy more than one item. The first item incurs our standard shipping and handling rate and any other items bought AT THE SAME TIME will benefit from being sent free of charge.

If you have transactions spread out over several days, the standard rate of shipping and handling will apply to EACH TRANSACTION. Shipping and handling will NOT be refunded retroactively.

We generally get out to the post office once a week.
If you are in a hurry to receive an item, please leave a mark in the "note to seller" portion of your payment and we will try to prioritise it, although we can't make any promises!

As a rough guide, parcels to the US generally take about 7-10 days to arrive from France.

*ADDRESS*
Please make sure your address on Etsy matches your address on PayPal. If these are not the same (and there is no message to seller), I will ship to your Etsy-address.
Refunds and Exchanges
*EXCHANGES*
In general, all sales are final. If you feel you have a valid reason for wanting an exchange, contact me. In the case we do agree on an exchange, all additional shipping costs will be paid by you and the item must be returned in its original condition. Money refunds will not be made.

*LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES*
I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages or their content, and I will not refund. But please contact me because we can always find some sort of solution.

I’m open to custom orders! Maybe you want something in a different size, a different fabric or maybe you’ve got an idea you want to share. I will do my best to accommodate it.
