My Story

Hi, I'm Sarah Coats, artist and designer at Beloved Paper. I started my studio with the desire to create unique and luxurious wedding invitations for the modern brides like myself. I wanted my own wedding to be perfect with the coordinating invitations, ceremony programs, and place cards. My desire is to create a place where brides-to-be can come and find the style and look that they are looking for. When working with you on your wedding stationery, I hope to offer a personal touch to your wedding that makes it yours.

Watercolor designs are my focus and passion. My design studio is equipped with a artist's table filled with various watercolor paints and brushes. I work very carefully and painstakingly on each design mixing paints until I have the perfect tones and shades of color for your stationery. Once the design is complete, they are scanned into my computer where the custom text for your wedding is applied and then printed on high-quality paper. The result is pure beauty and elegance for your wedding day.

MAPS AND PRINTS
Purchase your map and print orders by adding your desired size to the cart. If your order includes personalization please leave that information in the 'note to seller' portion at checkout. (*Not all prints can be customized).

WEDDING STATIONERY
Placing Your Order
There are two ways to place your order, you may purchase one of our signature invitations listed on the site. If you are looking for a something a little more specific to your style, please begin by filling out the custom inquiry form.

The Design Process
Once we receive your information, I will contact you within two business days for a one-on-one consultation, (after this consultation I will be able to give you a detailed price quote for your order, based on the information you provided). If I feel that I am a perfect match for your stationery needs, I will begin your custom design. I will be sure to let you know if I am not a good match for your specific needs, I want you to have the best stationery for your wedding. Throughout the design process you will receive many proofs along the way. Once the order has been approved, finalized, and payment made, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.

Please be sure to proofread slowly and very carefully. I print directly from the final, approved proofs. Once the proofs are approved by you, there will be no further review of your order for spelling, punctuation, or content.

Payment
For custom designs we require a non-refundable design fee (this is due before any designing can take place and varies based on complexity of the design). We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders of any kind.

International shipping my incur additional taxes and duty fees. These fees are the responsibility of you, the buyer to pay.
Shipping
Your order will be packed professionally and securely to minimize movement during transit. We ship through USPS priority shipping with tracking information. You will be given the tracking number one your order has been shipped. If you need something shipped express, please inquire about additional pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my products; I hope to never have an unsatisfied customer and will do everything to make sure your product is exactly what you approved.

In the event there is a printing error that is not part of what your electronic proof. I will reprint your order and ship to you in the quickest way possible. If the error was on the proof that you approved but failed to notice the mistake, I am sorry but I cannot issue you a refund and any additional printing will be at your cost. Once the proofs are approved by you, there will be no further review of your order for spelling, punctuation, or content. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders of any kind.

Damage from shipping will be dealt with on a case by case basis. You will need to return the damaged products.
