As a mental health healer, I call on deep compassion to transform women's relationships with mental health issues, complex life stories, body image and more.

Yet, as many women are also mothers, their children are an enormous part of their stories. It is vital to include their children in the journey of healing because, as mothers, part of our life fulfillment resides in the happiness of our children.

My writing and illustrations focuses on mothers and children because I am a mother and because of the challenges I've personally endured before having a child, during pregnancy and early motherhood. I create these prints out of the wisdom I've gained and the compassion I practice everyday within my personal healing and in my work with women.

I see the powerful roles mothers play within the lives of children AND I also see the profound role children play in the lives of their mothers. Therefore, I believe when uplifting mothers, we must embrace the sacred role of motherhood and include our children within the journey.

In this humble shop, I sell affirmation prints to uplift both moms and their kids. Surrounding ourselves with compassion and support is an important part of embarking on a journey to healing our mental health or complex pasts.
