Greetings and thank you for visiting Jane Original Jewelry on Etsy! My best designs come from special requests from family members and friends, so I am always open to special orders. Soon I hope to extend my materials to include some semi-precious gemstones. My "Endless" line of necklaces was created for my mother, who is allergic to all metals and hasn't been able to wear any metal for over 40 years, including watches, her wedding ring, or even sandals with metal rings. As a result, she's been unable to wear jewelry either. I began making jewelry out of frustration over not finding a job in this terrible economic climate and after a small amount of research I found a design that included no clasp, thus the "Endless" line was born. Now I'm working on creating a metal-free (but still strong) clasp to be able to incorporate other necklace lengths. I'm also passionate about earrings, so I experiment with them as much as I can. I would love to develop a relationship with an artisan glassworker for my beads. My full catalog can be seen at photos.sarahdecker.com.

Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as the merchandise is still in "new" condition. Pieces damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge as long as I'm notified immediately. Repairs are accepted at any time, but may require a repair fee depending on the piece and extent of the damage.
Payment
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. No order will be shipped before payment is received, so to expedite your order it would be best to use PayPal. I accept PayPal and money orders.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. Typically, I use the USPS for shipping orders, but upon request I am able to use other carriers. Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation can be provided for an additional $2.00 USD.

Custom orders are always welcome! At this time, I'm not working with semiprecious gemstones, but would like to expand into that in the near future. I would love to develop a relationship with an artisan glassworker for my beads. My jewelry carries a lifetime guarantee and I will gladly repair it at any time. If repairs can't be completed satisfactorily, I may offer a comparable replacement.
