About

I illustrate

I draw, I illustrate. It's what I do. I've been drawing since I was 2.
I draw a lot of birds and butterflies and flowers and trees. But I draw other things too... they may appear in my shop from time to time.

All the illustrations offered as prints here are my work. The vast majority of them are 'digital illustrations.' Their finished form is Photoshop file, and they exist physically as prints.

Almost every illustration starts as a sketch. How a picture comes to it's final form is variable. Because while my illustrations are 'digital' — I sketch in a sketchbook and the visual elements of the pictures were generated from scans of my drawings or paintings, or from parts of my digital photos. Every illustration is a new adventure.

Additional policies and FAQs
Packaging:
All items are shipped in boxes that are made to fit the item. The boxes are made out of corrugated cardboard that is generally on it's second life by the time I cut it up and assemble it into a box. Yes, the box your item ships in was probably once intended to be a cardboard display at a grocery store - or the cardboard case that boxes of product arrived in.
