I’m Sarah Evans, I live with my husband, daughter and cat in Llanelli, South Wales, UK.
I’ve worked as a designer for over 30 years in publishing, advertising and paper goods. I started creating bespoke wedding stationery in 2001, and in 2004, left my employment to concentrate on my new business full time.
In 2007 I opened my Etsy store where I sell handcrafted, personalised greeting cards, as well as children’s activity books for special occasions.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through my website, in person, via email or other messaging services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Royal Mail or Couriers I use for delivering your order.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering as well as the necessary details of your wedding or special occasion including dates, times, venue etc.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as making an order for items I produce;

• as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 6 years.

• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Shipping
I always try and post mail as soon as possible, but during the current pandemic I am receiving a higher number of orders so turnaround is around 5 working days.
Please allow longer for delivery as postal services may be subject to delays due to lower staffing levels during the global crisis.
When buying from abroad, please note the buyer is responsible for any customs charges incurred.
